Clay is skilfully formed by hand on a potter’s wheel, then finished with an unstable glaze that transforms at 1257 degrees Celsius. This exquisite reaction gives graceful dimension and individual life to each piece. Collaborating with some of the world’s most renowned kitchens, KH Wurtz has produced custom pieces for Michelin-starred Noma and Geranium in Copenhagen, and Luksus in Brooklyn.
