Discounted/Free Shipping Promotions

Shipping promotions are not available on sale merchandise

Atkinson's is pleased to offer Discounted/Free Shipping* on orders over $250

Terms and Conditions.

• Discounted/Free Shipping Limits. The credit for free shipping is limited as follows. In the event that shipping costs more than the credit (large or bulky items, remote addresses etc.) The difference will be paid by the customer.
• • Orders $250-500 - The first $25 in shipping is free.
  • Orders $500-$1000 - The first $50 in shipping is free.
  • Orders Over $1000 - The first $100 in shipping is free.
• On qualifying orders, any shipping amount above the amount we cover is payable by the customer and will appear as shipping at checkout.
• Certain promotional items or items offered at a sale price may be excluded from shipping promotions.

We are happy to ship your order to the delivery destination of your choice, or we can hold the order for you to pickup in-store at your convenience.

Shipping & Delivery - Canadian Orders

We endeavor to ship all orders within 1 business day. In the event that an item you order is not in stock, we will contact you to review the delivery time and how you would like to proceed with your order. Orders processed online are shipped via UPS Ground except in the case of remote locations where this is not an option. You will receive a tracking number by email, or if you were logged into your account when you placed the order you can check the status of your order on your account page.

Shipping & Delivery - United States Orders

We endeavor to process all orders within 1 business day. In the event that an item you order is not in stock, we will contact you to review the delivery time and how you would like to proceed with your order. Orders destined for a US delivery address will be packed and shipped from our location in Canada. Atkinson's will take care of all customs paperwork and customs duties on your behalf. This process usually adds 1-2 busines days before you will see any tracking information for your order. You will NEVER have to worry about customs fees or surprise costs on your order. Atkinson's takes care of everything. The price you see is the total delivered price. Once your package has cleared customs and is picked up by UPS you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping & Delivery - Expedited Orders or International Delivery

Our website is able to accommodate orders shipped to Canada or United States to be delivered by UPS. We are often able to fill orders for delivery via overnight service for those last minute emergencies. Please contact us at info@atkinsonsofvancouver.com or call us at 800.803.0233 so we can offer personal assistance with your order. 
We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside of Canada or USA online. We can often offer shipping to international destinations, please contact us for assistance. International orders cannot be paid by credit card. We will require payment by wire transfer before shipping any international order

Errors and problems with orders

Every order placed on our website is subject to review for accuracy, fraud risk and other problems. In the very unusual event that there is a problem with an order Atkinson's reserves the right to cancel any order before processing. In this case, the purchaser will be contacted and advised of this by email as soon as possible.
