With Reed, Monica Forster shows how to create a sense of organic movement by emphasizing folds. A quiet swaying in the hard glass. The vase is blown in amber glass. The medium-size Reed is suitable for hand-picked florals and cut flowers. A Red Dot Product Design winner, the collection was introduced in 2023.
The vases in the Reed collection began as three-dimensional sketches in cardboard and paper, where Monica Forster showed how to bring character to the material by emphasizing its folds instead of hiding them. Transferred to glass, it gives a sense of organic movement. A quiet sway in the hard glass. Reed is blown into a mold in clear glass or in moss green and is available in three different sizes.
