Returns, Exchanges & Breakage
We want you to be satisfied with both the products you have ordered and the service you have received. For all online orders we are happy to accept the return of any new and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. All original packaging must be returned in 'as new" condition. Special orders cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of your return we can either offer you a store credit or refund of your original purchase less shipping costs. In the rare event of a problem with your order or damage to your order please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately. Any damage to the shipment or breakage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the shipment in order to process a claim for shipping damage.
